Once your offer is accepted, we’ll conduct a thorough inspection to make sure there are no hidden surprises with the property. If any issues arise, we’ll negotiate on your behalf to get you the best possible outcome, whether it’s repairs, a discounted purchase price, or credit at closing. And with a successful negotiation, you can look forward to a quick closing in as little as 4 to 5 weeks!

Before making an offer, Upwardly asks you to sign a rent to own agreement, a full credit check, and make an initial payment. This payment covers our investment fee and option credit, and you have the option to pay the full amount or part of it later. A final schedule detailing the investment fee, option credit, and rent schedule will be provided after the closing.
