Can I terminate my lease early?

Yes, members can end their rent-and-own agreement early. Members will need to give at least a thirty day notice and pay a termination fee. The termination fee is equivalent to two months of rent and is not a substitute for rent and not eligible for rent rebate or phantom equity credit contribution. Members will also be forfeiting their right to exercise the option to buy back the home.
