Upwardly strongly encourages members not to smoke due to potential fire hazard related to smoking. Nevertheless, tenants are permitted to smoke or vape within their home. However, if a member decides not to buy back the home, then costs for mitigating and repairing smoking odors, stains, and damages will be charged.
